Releasing the new Dura 45 pump meaning the Dura family has just got bigger

Verderflex Dura is a well-known name for industrial heavy duty peristaltic hose pumps. Recently Verder introduced the Verderflex Dura 45 Peristaltic Hose Pump. It is more efficient than the other competing models pumping more than 33% of continuous flow therefore reducing the costs considerably. Its footprint is 1/6 smaller in comparison to the nearest competitors’ pumps.

Features of the Dura 45:

  • Self-priming – up to 90% vacuum at sea level
  • External flanges connected to hose pipe ensuring zero leakage.
  • Rotor independent of the gearbox
  • Capability of handling high solids and viscous liquids
  • High differential pressure of up to 16 bar using the right shimming of the rotor shoe
  • Drain channel protects gearbox in case of a hose burst
  • Ringfeder slip bush protects against a stalled rotor.
  • No valves, fewer moving parts limited to pump connectors reducing breakdowns.
  • Wear and tear concentrated around the hose which is easy to replace.
  • Simple GMU (Geared Motor Unit) assembly reduces hose change downtime
  • Hose materials available in NR, NBR, EPDM, OR CSM

Safety features:

  • Disaster proof design – prevents leakages and contamination of product
  • Uses Verderflex lubricants thus prolonging the life of the pump
  • Easy assembly and maintenance

Advantages of Verderflex Dura 45 pump:

  • The separation of pump head and GMU reduces contamination risk
  • Rigid design for heat dissipation and effective hose compression.
  • No need to drain the pump casing when removing the GMU.
  • The universal 316L Stainless Steel Flanges complies with many national standards e.g. DIN PN16, JIS10K, ETC.
  • Different hose materials are readily available.
