Sales Administrator / Customer Service

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our Projects Team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers — managing enquiries, updating records in our CRM, scheduling meetings, and supporting the sales team with follow-ups and reports.

Project Assistant - Major Projects

Location: Tonsley, SA

We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Major Projects Team. In this role, you’ll support Project Managers in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of pump systems — from small builds to large-scale mining installations. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and tracking project tasks, coordinating deliveries, managing stock procurement and dispatch, communicating with clients and subcontractors, collaborating with internal teams, and preparing and compiling project documentation.

You’ll bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance priorities across multiple projects. Experience in administrative support within civil construction, industrial fabrication, or manufacturing is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and PDF editors is preferred.
