2025 Wrap up

As 2025 comes to a close, we’re proud to look back on a year filled with major projects, incredible teamwork, industry-leading innovation, and countless moments that reminded us why we do what we do: solve tough challenges for our customers.

Here’s a snapshot of the moments, projects, and people that defined our 2025.

Meeting you across Australia

IMARC 2025 - GP team-1

One of the highlights of 2025 was the chance to meet so many of you in person. At AIMEX, IMARC, and Copper to the World, our team connected with thousands of industry professionals—engineers, maintenance crews, project managers, and operations leaders.

Those conversations helped us better understand the challenges faced across mining and they influenced the solutions we delivered throughout the year.

Solved tough pumping challenges

Inside our workshop, big things happened—literally. This year we engineered and delivered:

  • Our largest peristaltic pump

  • A custom vertical froth slurry pump system

  • High-capacity double suction split case pumps

Each project started with a challenge, and we delivered equipment that perfectly met our customers’ application needs.

Customer wins

Some of our proudest moments came from seeing customers get real, measurable improvements:

  • A Western Australian farm transformed its operations with automated fertiliser dosing, improving crop accuracy and consistency.

  • A major lime dosing upgrade using Dura 65 peristaltic pumps helped reduce maintenance interruptions and stabilise chemical treatment processes.

These projects remind us why we focus on long-term, practical solutions—not just pumps.

We continued to grow the Global Pumps team throughout 2025, welcoming new members across engineering, service, sales, and operations. Each person brought new skills and ideas, helping us respond faster, innovate further, and support more customers across Australia.

Their energy and contribution shaped the culture we’re proud to carry into 2026.

Sharing knowledge, not just products

We continued to make education a priority. Our team filmed short videos explaining pump wear, froth handling, slurry challenges, MetaLine coatings, and how customised solutions can help different industries. Access our Global Pumps LinkedIn page here.

Introducing PumpTag — A smarter way to manage pumps

One of our biggest announcements this year was the official launch of PumpTag.

With PumpTag, customers can:

  • Track pump maintenance

  • Reorder parts instantly

  • Download manuals with one click

  • Keep assets organised and up to date

It’s simple, clean, and built to remove the guesswork from maintenance planning.

Engineering interesting builds

Some projects pushed us into new creative territory. This year we developed:

  • A duplex peristaltic pump designed for continuous duty
  • A vertical froth pump tailored for air-entrained slurry applications

These builds showed what’s possible when customers bring tough challenges—and our team brings the right mindset.

Becoming a Great Place To Work®

Global Pumps - Great place to work Australia 2

A major milestone for us: Global Pumps officially achieved Great Place To Work® Certification.

This recognition reflects the trust, teamwork, and respect that define our culture. It’s something everyone in the business contributed to, and something we’re extremely proud of.

Our on-site Lunch & Learn sessions were a hit in 2025. These practical, hands-on workshops helped teams:

  • Understand pump components

  • Troubleshoot common issues

  • Improve maintenance routines

  • Build confidence with their equipment

The hands-on approach made training accessible and immediately valuable on the job.

Thank you for an incredible 2025

To our customers, partners, and team—thank you.
Your trust, collaboration, and feedback shaped everything we achieved this year.
